Jerome is a fat ole putty tat who begs at the table for food like a dog. And he swats at you when you walk past him in the kitchen to say. “Hey, gimme some food.”
Oliver is a young frisky cat who loves to play and snuggle.
Just curious Tabby, is it illegal to allow cats to roam free outside? It is a city bi-law here in Cambridge, Ontario and it comes with a fine. Weird cause, there are cats everywhere – especially in the summer.
Isn’t it sweet how each cat has their own personality Darlene?
Where I live in Kentucky, there isn’t a law.
We live in a secluded area with 5 acres and a cat door. The cat’s come in and out as they wish and they stay close to home.
If we didn’t live out in the country I wouldn’t let my cat outside because of cars and things like that. Of course if I didn’t live out here I probably couldn’t have taken in 9 cats.
We have also had all our cats spayed and neutered and no litter boxes. It has worked out pretty good.
I love dogs! I had several pet dogs since I was 2 years old. Unfortunately the last one we (my children and I) had died because of parvo-virus. So for now, we’re waiting for the traces of the virus to go away from our home so if/when we get another dog, he/she won’t be infected. Jovell, I am sorry to hear about your dog I have heard of parvo before. So sad. I hope you all can get another dog to love soon. There is so many out there that needs a loving home.
Holy furbabies! I will nominate you for furbaby momma of the year! We have two amazing Shih Tzus – they were our first babies before the kids came along. One is perpetually a puppy, and the other is an old souls who I swear can read my thoughts. SHe knows when I’m sad, happy, stressed… animals are amazing.

They are all very cute! We said goodbye to our beloved dog almost 3 years ago, and to our cat just over a month ago. We have no furbabies in the house now. (Maybe someday.) Kim@Co-Pilot Mom recently posted…Captains’ Quotes – Play

So cute!!! I have a Shih Tzu, his name is Barkley. My Husband & I have no kids right now so he is definitely our spoiled baby. I want to get a cat but my husband is allergic Danielle @ Work At Home Info recently posted…CASHCRATE.COM: My Payment Proof!
Our furry friends are our babies around here. I bet Barkley is cute and just as spoiled as mine. I understand what it’s like to be allergic. Believe it or not, I was allergic to cats when I was younger but outgrew it.
My niece and nephew is allergic now so it is bad when they come over. They have to take allergy meds and that isn’t fun for them.
One furball named Murphy who I adore!

Your home sounds wonderful.
And yes it is sweet that each of our kitties have their own personalities. That’s what makes it so difficult when we lose one.
What a lovely family of furbabies. Your Cindy looks a lot like my Pearl
