SOME of My thoughts on life & exercise.

I have started several blogs in my time.  I am a woman that rarely runs out of things to say, while at the same time I have tact and don’t always put my feelings out there in fear of hurting other people.  As I have got older I am still thoughtful to other people’s feelings but am more true to my own.  Does that make me a mean person.  No.  I don’t believe so anyways!  Some people may beg to differ?  
Sometimes it’s more fun to sit back and view the world, the people and all the different views.  I have also found as I get older you can still have an opinion/view and not always have to have the last word.  Sometimes you can be around someone with totally different attitudes and just listen to them, smile, nod your head and move on to another subject.  We are all unique..  We all have different tastes.  We are all here on this earth living our lives for us.  No one should ever have the right to make your decisions for you and on the same hand you don’t have the right to make decisions for anyone else.  
You will rarely see me post a topic on #religion or #politics.  I don’t like to argue my beliefs so sometimes it’s best to smile and nod and go on.  Not because I believe my beliefs are wrong, it’s because it would be an injustice to myself to argue.  
That’s as deep as I am going to go with that today though LoL
Today I woke up with the intention to exercise.  I have been trying to motivate myself by watching repeats of #The biggest Loser.  I am also a big fan of #extreme makeover weightloss edition.  Now it’s time to not sit and watch but get up and do.  
What’s your exercise routine?
Is there anything that gets you motivated to just get up and do it?
