Pea Salad

This is one of our favorite side dishes for Thanksgiving.  It is simple.  My recipes are very simple and easily explained.  I hope you enjoy it.

This is one of our favorite dishes for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
  • 2 cans of peas (any brand)
  • 1 onion chopped up
  • 2 cups of miracle whip or mayonnaise (depends on your preference)
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
Instructions
  1. Open peas and drain them. Pour them in a bowl. Add chopped onion.
  2. Chop up boiled eggs and add them. mix in the mayonnaise. Stir. Cover bowl and sit in the fridge until cool. ENJOY
Notes

You can make healthy alternatives. Leave out the egg yolks. Use low calorie salad dressing instead of mayonnaise.
