A couple weeks ago I wrote a post about how I was going to be trying out Metablolife Ultra. I wanted to update you all on my experience so far.
The instructions on the bottle is to take one tablet 30 minutes before each meal. The first day I took one 30 minutes before the protein shake I was drinking for breakfast.
I noticed a increased amount of energy soon after that. I also wasn’t hungry as I normally am in between breakfast and lunch. I am a big coffee drinker, so I did have a cup of that after the shake. By lunch I was still feeling the increased energy and less hunger. I chose not to take the 2nd pill that day.
Due to past attempts at losing weight I have decided NOT to play the number game. I know now that muscle weighs more then fat and that sometimes the numbers on the scales may stay the same or more due to this fact. So I haven’t even been using the scale. I am going by how my clothes are fitting and most importantly by how I am feeling. Let me tell you I have been feeling GREAT.
I told my husband that while this first bottle was given to me free of charge, that I would like to buy another bottle once these were gone.

Would I suggest these to someone that is needing a bit of help with their hunger or needs a bit of extra energy – YES I would!
I am by no means a doctor so I am only telling you what I would do. There is normal warnings on the bottle such as don’t take if your pregnant or nursing or even if you are under 18 years of age. Also if you have or had high blood pressure or other problems such as that, be careful taking them. I would maybe suggest asking your doctor his/her opinion if you have any concerns.
I do know that Dr. Oz is really for people taking Garcinia Cambogia so it has to be good right?
My last and final suggestion is just try it like I did and see how you feel. Like I said I took the one 30 minutes before my breakfast shake and then didn’t feel like I needed it at lunch so I skipped it. The first week I was using 1 –2 a day and then moved up from there. It all depends on how YOU feel. We are all unique individuals (that’s what makes us so special) and we have unique bodies. We know what is right and what isn’t for us. So just go with that.
