I can remember a time when I thought 18 was grown up and by the time you hit 20 you were over the hill. Oh the way young minds think! At 13 I thought I was grown up and knew everything. It was everyone else around me that was confused.
Maybe I am still like that at times, I hope I have matured some. Now at 42 years old I get aggravated when I hear people calling themselves old. I am not old. Right? I am still in the prime of my life. So what if I have a few gray hairs that is easily hidden with the magic of hair dye. These lines on my face is more an asset then a hinderence, says me. After all they are just laugh lines right?
One thing that I have also picked up along with my mature years is forgetfulness. I can remember hearing a cousin talking about hiding their moms keys and moving things around on her, just to make her think she was going crazy. Sometimes I feel like I got the crazy without the children to hide the stuff. My forgetfulness is more dates and names and all those things that I used to be so great at.
That is why when a friend sent me a website called Herbtheory I was drawn to a product called Mental Agility. This product is a safe natural product that contributes to healthy cognitive function, enhances cognitive performance by improving working memory and supporting attention (I have been known to lose attention easy). This product is also Vegan, Gluten Free, Non GMO and is from wild crafted herbs.
These are easy to take as well. You just take 1 capsule with a meal each day. I had no side effects after taking them. My worst problem was remembering to take them, No pun intended there haha but after the first couple days it just became a habit. So far there hasn’t been a drastic difference and I like that. I wasn’t Einstein when I was younger so I don’t expect to be one now. If you are looking for a natural way to improve your cognitive performance, if dates and names are getting harder to remember, then maybe these would be good for you too!
Herbtheory is artufully improving health through science. They offer a wide variety of herbal supplements. I am going to be talking more about their products in the upcoming months. Stay tuned for my thoughts on another Herbtheory product, stress & sleep.
