All my life I have known about bicycles. I remember my first one, it was a red one passed down to me from the cousin that got a new one. I didn’t care, it was new to me! I don’t even remember using training wheels. I am sure I did.
I remember going down the road trying different tricks. Yes, I was one of those kids that yelled, “Look Mom No Hands”, every time I rode pass the porch. I could tell you a lot of stories about my bike and I. Sigh.
I didn’t realize at the time I was having so much fun, that it was actually good for me! It was fun and that’s what I was focused on.
As I got older and the seats started seeming smaller and almost at the point of being lost (insert laugh here) I didn’t ride as much. Then one day we got a exercise bike. I was pretty good on that thing, but it was something I made myself do. I would try to watch my favorite program or read a book. That was short lived and I ended up loaning my bike out and never asked for it back.
There is something about being on a real bike. Riding in the great outdoors that doesn’t seem like exercise. It is though!
Thanks to companies like Measupro you can now take your real bike and turn it into your own real outdoor exercise bike! Measurpro has made a wireless item that attaches to your bike. This item has the following things:
There is no wires to deal with and it is water proof, so you can have fun riding through those puddles after a nice rain, or during one!
You will need 1 A battery. After that it is simple to set up. And install. There is some great instructions that come with it, you will find out it is just a matter of pushing buttons.
The item itself isn’t bulky but I feel the perfect size. There is a backlight on the screen that is easy to read.
The only wire you are going to find may be attached to the heart monitor. But it isn’t something that is going to be a bother.
I would suggest this Measupro wireless bicycle computer to anyone that loves to ride bikes and is traveling the path to get or stay healthy.
