20 years ago I had a lot of favorites. Favorite foods, Favorite music, Favorite color… The list of favorites is endless. I think of someone had asked me what my favorite vitamin was I would laugh at them and tell them my favorite cartoon one. The years has passed and priorities has changed, feelings have changed and I am a bit more mature and wiser. If only my 43 year old self could go back and talk to my 20 year old self, things would be different.
Don’t get me wrong. I am more then happy with my life in general. The things I would tell myself is to eat healthier, exercise more, save some money, don’t bleach your hair – But the main thing would be – Take your vitamins.. But we can not go back but must move forward.
Now I in fact do have a favorite vitamin and I have been able to try it in several forms. It is vitamin B12 and until just recently I had been using a patch.
Here lately I have been using a product from Vita Sciences. It is the Maxasorb B12 Cream.
Maxasorb B12 is scientifically formulated to topically delivery Vitamin B12. Each full application of lotion provides 320 micrograms of Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) plus 120 micrograms of Vitamin B3 (niacin) and 10 micrograms of Folate.
I have found this so easy to use. It is even easier for me to use then the patch or a tablet and yes, even a shot. The container is a well thought of pump container. You push the pump down once and the right amount of serum comes out.
Rubbing the easily absorbed, odorless lotion on your arms or legs makes daily use of Maxasorb B12 an ideal way to get all the Vitamin B12 you need. Natural ingredients assure this lotion is gentle to your skin.
I have found this to leave your skin feeling smooth. I had to think of my sister when I seen this was also great for people with eczema. I don’t know if she has had a flare up of that in a while, but I wish she had of had this in the house when she did.
I really like this myself and will continue to use this product. If you are looking for a good source of B-12 then this may be for you as well.
