If you own or have ever been owned by a cat, you then know they have their own personalities. They know what they want and when they want it. If they don’t want something, it isn’t going to happen.
While we have several cats, each one is different. Each one tolerates something different. For example Tiger. He is normally pretty easy. He loves to be loved on and can’t get enough loving. He loves to smack us with his tail and climb things. His favorite place to sleep is on the couch next to me. He tolerates Foxy but isn’t best friends with him.
He is also the one that agreed to test out this lion mane hat that I received in the mail.
This is a cute hat. It came in and I thought is this a lion hat or a David Bowie wig. Once it was out and fluffed up I could see the lion. Then it was ready to try it out.
It fit his head perfectly (that isn’t Tiger in the above picture, just some other happy cat haha)
One thing I would change about it is the ears. I think the fact that their ears is covered kind of scares them. Of course to make ear holes would change the look of the hat, so for short periods with a willing feline your good to go.
It is really cute all over. It has some thought put into it when it was made.
This has been so worth it for just the laughs it provides.
I must share what else happened. Foxy decided he wanted to see what it was all about. I caught him carrying it around. So I asked him if he wanted to try it out. For the record it does fit a 5 month old Sheltie! I think John and I were more amused then he was- of course a couple of the cats I could’ve swore was laughing too!
