For those of you that choose to read on, I have a question. Have you heard of Kegal Exercising? If not, here is more about it.

Now I will admit, I always related to kegal exercising with sex. It isn’t though. The thing about these exercises is they are good for women that is having trouble with urinating when they sneeze, laugh, cough and yes sometimes even breathe. This is what appealed to me the most.

I love the fact that there is different sizes for different levels. I also was impressed with the shapes of these, the quality in which they were made. It is a well thought up system from people in the know. While this may be a sensitive issue, it is something people should know about. So once you have the kit, you will find a guide that explains more about kegal exercises, how to do them etc. But maybe you want to know before actually buying the system.
It is as simple as:
1. Finding the right muscles. You will need to find the pelvic floor muscle, you can do this by stopping urination midstream.Those are the muscles! (also known as Virginia)
2. Figure out your technique. Once you have found out where the pelvic floor muscles are- you are going to lay flat back on the floor. *empty bladder is best!
3. Starting with the least heaviest weight insert it, if you can hold that 2 minutes without it falling out then you are good. Put in the heaviest one you can hold for 2 minutes. The goal is to use this weight 15 minutes a day. As you advance, you will move up to the heaviest weight gradually.
What I like about the intimate Rose kegal exercise system, is the fact that it has a string for easy removal and also that the weights are color coded. The light ones are the least heavy, moving up to the darker ones.
