Exercising. Working out. Getting fit. No matter what we call it, we all have our own opinions about it. I always wished I could be one of those people that was addicted to working out. That it was something I could turn to during times of stress, depression or worry. But so far that hasn’t been the case with me.
It is really a chore.
Then after a while the chore becomes boring. Especially due to doing the same things over and over again.
I think the key to doing anything that feels like a chore, is to just make it fun. Even exercising.
That is what the people that created a dice game called Stack 52 believes as well. They came up with a way to make exercising fun and less boring.
They created fitness dice.
In a nice velvet storage pouch you will find:
5 colored exercise dice representing 5 different muscle groups, and one white repetition count dice. There are 6 different bodyweight exercises on each colored dice:
· Green: 6 Chest exercises
· Red: 6 Core/Ab exercises
· Blue: 6 Cardio exercises
· Yellow: 6 Leg exercises
· Orange: 6 Arm exercises
· White: Repetition count, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14
Roll all the dice and do the exercises that appear. You get one point for each rep. Do not rest between exercises.
Race to a point total in the fastest time possible. Try to beat your old time.
It’s a Numbers Game
Get as many points as you can in 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes depending on your fitness level or time available. Try to beat your old score!
Get as many points as possible in a 1, 2, or 3 minute round. Rest 30, 60, or 90 seconds. Perform 3, 4, or 5 rounds. Set the length of each round, the rest period, and number of rounds based on your fitness level and mix things up to increase muscle confusion and maximize your results.

My personal opinion? I think they are at great idea. With my fitness level some of the things on the dice was too hard for me, but the concept is amazing.
