Everyone that knows me, probably knows I have a deep love of coffee. That is why sometimes while surfing the WWW, I tend to be drawn to subjects on this delicious stuff!
I recently came across another blog that was talking about something called E koffee. I had to find out more! I really wanted to try this out and then be able to share it with everyone that came across my blog. I emailed the company and it wasn’t long until the owner called me. Jason was really nice and knew about his coffee. He explained to me about the coffee, how their coffee had a significant increase in freshness compared to most coffee. The quality was also better then most. Last but not least with ekoffee you are paying less per pound compared to a regular coffee pod.
I was invited to pick out a couple of flavors that I wanted to try. That was the hard part! There was such a great variety to choose from. Did I want Regular, Decaf, Espresso or flavored? Light Roast, Dark Roast or something in between? Was there a specific origin I wanted to try it from? There was 17 different ones to choose from!
The first one I chose was from Bali. It is called Booskerdoo- Bali Blue Moon Organic
The reason I chose this was personal. John and I have been planning to visit Bali for a while now. It seems like something has always came up to where we haven’t quite made it there yet. I thought this would give us a taste of Bali until we could actually make it there. I wasn’t disappointed in this coffee at all!
This was a rich coffee, flavored with sweet spices such as sugar cane and and cocoa. I was very happy with it! This Regular, Dark Roast from Indonesia is something I would drink again for sure!
The next one I chose was called “Golden Hills- Columbian Santa Barbara Estate”
This is a regular medium roast from Columbia. This is something you would just need to taste to respect and understand. You are going to taste a hint of chocolate as well as tangerine and lemon just to give it that perfect taste. I know my sister was over and snarled her nose when she just read the bag but once it is brewing and you have your first sip you are hooked!
I also wanted to say that ekoffee has several different types available when it comes to the grind. I chose whole bean. They also have drip, French press, percolator or espresso.
This is would also make great gifts for the coffee drinkers in your life. You can purchase Ekoffee cash at the site for these people.
The Ekoffee site is very easy to navigate when you are shopping. I love the way they made it simple. I even noticed they have a forum available for all of us coffee lovers!
