Sometimes having beautiful healthy skin is just the kitchen away! Lately I have been using Burt’s Bees intense hydration products (will tell you more about this in another post later). But there is also other things you can do to really pamper your face!
Here is a few of them. (put them on your shopping list!)
Want to brighten your skin?
Mix 2 tablespoons of soured cream with 2 tablespoons of honey and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. apply to your (cleansed) face. leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse. This is good to exfoliate, heal, brightens and moisturizers skin.
Or to brighten you could also try this:
slice a papaya remove pulp and seeds. Rub the inside of the papaya peel on your (cleansed) face. Let dry for 20 minutes. Rinse. This is also used to brighten, this is also great for age spots! and sun damaged skin.
1 tablespoons of grounded oats set aside. add a tablespoon of fennel seeds to a 1/2 cup of bowling water. Let boil to make a tea. about 10 minutes. strain seeds out. throw seeds out. Let cool to room temp. Add a table spoon of water to the oats and a tablespoon of honey. apply to face for 20 minutes. Rinse.
Mix a tablespoon of plain greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon oil (not juice)…this will be kind of runny. Apply to face and then rinse off immediately. This will be kind of sticky but will make your face feel awesome! you can do this daily.
