I posted about the Brieftons 3 cup chopper the other day. I also have this 4 cup chopper. It does the same things basically but it is larger.
With this 4 cup chopper you will receive a 4 cup capacity bowl. It also works with the cord pulling mechanism. How many times you pull the cord will determine how chopped your food will be. The more you pull the finer the chop.
1-5 pulls for coarse but chunky cuts
6-10 will give you medium cuts
11-20 pulls is for very fine cuts
20 or more is going to be very fine cuts.
You will also find 3 ultra-sharp stainless steel blades and a mixer blade for mixing or blending. Brieftons has even threw in 3 downloadable ebooks that has some amazing recipes.
Why do I like my choppers?
When cooking larger meals I sometimes need to chop more then one item. While this is super easy to clean, it helps to have an extra one for chopping up onions in and then having that clean one available to chop up nuts for the bread or cookies I am baking.
I also use one to mix up my protein shakes when I am in a hurry.
These are perfect no matter if you live alone or have a huge family. It would be perfect for younger kids to use.. They will love pulling the string and you don’t have to fear sliced fingers.
Overall this is great to have, especially with all the holidays this season provides with it!
