Did you know that there is benefits to brushing your skin? There is several pros, that I didn’t even know about. Some of these benefits are:
I think that brushing my skin just feels good, and it really doesn’t take any extra time. I used to think that a body brush was more or less to reach your back. It really isn’t!
First soap yourself up and start brushing your feet and work the way up your legs. Then you are going to want to brush your arms, chest, back and stomach. You will be doing this in a circular motion.
After brushing your body, you shouldn’t be red. If you are then you are either pressing to hard or you aren’t using the right brush. I am using a brush from Luxy Beauty care. It is a premium long- handled body brush. It was designed for bath/shower but if you want to using on dry skin, it works great for that as well.
I had a choice of either a red, blue or yellow brush. I chose a blue one.
This is the best brush I have owned. Not just that the color is nice to look at.. But I love the length of it. I like the quality of the bristles and the massage beads on the back side of the bristle head.
It has really enhanced my whole bath experience. It has I believe, helped me maintain my healthy skin. When I am done with it, I rinse the brush off and hang it from the cord on the tub where it is ready for my next use. Well I should say “our” next use. John uses it as well!
