Do you remember the feeling that you had the first time you worked a full shift non stop? How your feet ached and was sore and you didn’t know if they would ever be the same again? If you haven’t experienced this, then kudos to you. I remember that feeling very well. The first thing I did was come in and grab the box of epsom salts. They did great to soak my tired aching feet and I so appreciated having the to grab.
Now there is days that I am just tired in general.. After a day of shopping or a day sitting too long in one spot, a long car ride or just a stress filled day. Those are the days I just need to soak in a nice tub.
Instead of epsom salts I grab for Dead sea salt. Adovia has some that is really great (they claim to be the best on the planet) I haven’t tried all there is so I can’t claim that.. But these are nice.
The difference between dead sea salt and epsom salt is the mineral concentration. The minerals help to soften skin and just helps you to relax. Use it to soak in or use it as a body scrub.
No matter if you are tired or if you suffer from diseases such as arthritis, eczema or psoriasis this is worth a try.
