36 colored drawing pencils

When I was younger I used to like to draw.  I never stuck with it enough to develop any talents I might have had.  Sometimes I wish I had of.  While I have gotten older and taking time out to even try to paint or draw is rare, I still catch myself looking at shapes.  At how things are drawn.  At colors.  At other peoples work.  I still drool over sketch books and paints and all that fun stuff.

When I had the chance to do a review for 36 colored pencils from JM Art, I jumped at the chance.

I love the tube like container these pencils come in.  This makes for easy storage.

Inside there was 36 pencils of any color I may want to use, even silver and gold.  The pencils didn’t draw dark, but on the lighter side.  I like that, it gave me the control to go lighter or darker when using them.  They seemed to go smooth on the paper and did a decent job.

I think these do a decent job for the price they are charging for them on Amazon.  $11.99.  They would be perfect no matter if you are a housewife who is looking to take some time and do something for herself.  A professional that needs to draw or color in during the day.  Or a student.

The packaging makes it easy to take them with you whenever you travel.
