I have been hearing a lot about Apple Cider Vinegar lately. Everybody from Dr. Oz to Meredith Vieira has recommended it for something lately. In fact I keep a bottle in my cabinet to have on hand. After researching I have found that it really has endless health benefits. I wanted to share these with my readers. While anything that is affecting your health like sore throat or cholesterol should be treated by a doctor, this might be a quick fix until you can see your doctor. I don’t claim to be one, so try these uses at your own risk.
15 Uses For Apple Cider Vinegar
Put equal parts: 1/4 water & 1/4 apple cider vinegar in spray bottle –Spray on shampooed hair and rinse. Doing this 2 times a week should cause you to see a decrease in dandruff.
Mix one teaspoon apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon cayenne pepper and three teaspoons clover honey in a glass of warm water. Drink this and it should ease off your sore throat.
Pour one-cup apple cider vinegar over baby wipes. Soak the wipes overnight in the fridge, then store in a zip-lock bag . Wipe your feet with these daily and it should help with foot odor.
